Hearth is the warm, inviting, cozy word to go with fir for family focal point, sounds traditional.
What they didn't likeNot sure what fig is supposed to coney.

I like the repetitive use of "F" and that the words are the same length. It's catchy, sounds natural and is easy to remember.
What they didn't likeThese two words don't go together as easily or as well as the other option and it's not really memorable.

This has clear meaning.
What they didn't likeIt's confusing.

Holly and Fir would probably be better than Fig and Fir. Most people wouldn't associate Figs with Christmas.
What they didn't likeHearth reminds of fire. Fire is bad for trees.

I like option B because it sounds warm and a little romantic, definitely warm and family like.
What they didn't likeIt sounds cold and generic, unemotional.

This name is very homey and comforting.
What they didn't likeFig and Fir doesn't seem very Christmassy for Americans.

Hearth sounds more warm and homey and wintery, fig doesn't make me think of winter or Christmas , hearth makes me think of warm fireplace and family gatherings
What they didn't likeMaybe put fir in front instead of hearth since it is for a tree , fir and hearth, immediately you know it's a fir tree, fig sounds more like fig jam than Christmas trees

I think B sounds more like Christmas.
What they didn't likeFig doesn’t sound like something having to do with Christmas.

Hearth and Fir remind me more of Christmas than Fig and Fur. I always think of Christmas when I hear the word hearth no matter what time of year,
What they didn't likeFig and Fir could be Thanksgiving too so I do not choose this option for a christmas tree
